About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) team — one of Salesforce's fastest-growing and most strategically important industry products. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for a core area of FSC, driving innovation at the intersection of AI, data, and deeply purpose-built financial services capabilities. You'll define what gets built, why it matters, and how it creates measurable value for banks, wealth managers, and insurance carriers globally.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for your FSC product area — spanning banking, wealth management, and/or insurance verticals

  • Define and drive the product vision in alignment with FSC's strategic priorities, including Agentforce, Data Cloud integration, and agentic AI for financial workflows

  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, GTM, and industry solutions teams through Salesforce's Agentic Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC)

  • Deeply understand customer problems — partnering with design partners, field teams, and C-suite customers to validate pain points and solution hypotheses before engineering investment is committed

  • Translate complex financial workflows (e.g., client onboarding, KYC/AML, loan origination, wealth planning, claims management) into scalable, product-ready requirements

  • Represent FSC product direction at executive briefings, partner advisory boards, industry events, and with key customers

  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Sales, and Marketing on launch strategy, field enablement, and ensuring product adoption at scale

  • Champion the voice of the customer — driving a continuous feedback loop between the field and the product team

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise SaaS and financial services and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products

  • Deep domain expertise in one or more verticals: banking (retail/commercial), wealth management, or insurance

  • Proven ability to define and ship products that solve real customer problems — from discovery through launch and adoption

  • Experience working with and influencing engineering teams in an agile, cross-functional environment

  • Strong GTM instincts — you know how to position a product, build a launch narrative, and work with Sales to drive adoption

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with strong prioritization skills

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services (e.g., fiduciary standards, AML/KYC, data privacy)

  • Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams

  • Experience with AI/ML product development and agentic AI strategies
