Position: Product Manager II - AMZ22673.4
Location: Austin, TX
Multiple Positions Available:
1) Define and own the worldwide product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Business Prime retention and churn reduction; establish KPIs and goals centered on improving
member retention across global markets.
2) Own risk messaging and targeted retention intervention strategy across multiple onsite and outbound channels globally; synthesize customer research and voice of customer insights to
define go-to-market approach and validate product decisions through experimentation.
3) Own cancellation and membership life cycle journeys; design and test in-product messaging and experiences that reduce involuntary and voluntary member loss across global markets.
4) Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sates teams to author requirement documents, prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders on
tradeoffs, and drive launch readiness for retention initiatives across global markets.
5) Partner with Sates to develop and execute churn prevention strategies for high-value and enterprise customers globally; own Sales enablement strategy including playbooks and
success metrics for Sales-led retention programs.
6) Own retention and churn metrics across the member lifecycle; conduct deep dives using SQL and apply data-driven decision making to identify churn reduction opportunities and
present findings to senior leadership.
7) Lead adoption of existing Amazon Prime technology infrastructure to scale Business Prime retention capabilities, reduce duplicative engineering efforts, and streamline churn risk
operations worldwide.
8) Partner with Science and data teams to define product requirements for generating predictive churn risk signals to enable proactive intervention and churn prevention.
