Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Partner Experience Product Management Director

Location: New York (other U.S. locations may be considered)

Description

This role sits within Salesforce's Partner Experience organization, the team responsible for how our entire partner ecosystem, spanning ISV, Consulting, and Reseller partners, experiences Salesforce from their first interaction through ongoing growth. We're building a single, headless experience layer that serves every entry point, from Slack and web access points to embedded agents, on top of a shared foundation of partner identity and context, business logic, and knowledge. Built once, delivered everywhere. It's an early-stage, high-visibility bet with a lot of ground still to cover, and this role will help shape what it becomes.

The role puts you at the center of bringing agentic AI to that ecosystem. You'll own the growth of this headless, agentic platform, defining the catalog of services delivered to partners and the internal teams that support them, working with a cross-functional team to prioritize, curate and design that catalog, and driving a rapid-innovation operating model that lets business owners continuously evolve it at speed.

What you'll do

  • Research and engage broadly: dig into candidate services, analyze data from across the business, and hold ongoing conversations with stakeholders across the global partnerships organization and directly with partners, then work with engineering and UX to turn what you learn into shipped services across the platform's headless surfaces.

  • Own the pipeline: curate which partner-program services join the platform, define how they work, and prioritize investment across the portfolio based on partner and business impact.

  • Build the operating model: design and evolve the communication and operating model that lets business owners across partner programs, partner account management, enablement, sales, and marketing configure and manage their services without slowing the platform's pace of innovation, and oversee how the catalog continuously evolves as business needs change.

  • Own the metrics: define, track, and evolve the measures that show whether the catalog is meeting partner and business needs, such as the range of needs the platform can reliably handle and its reach across the surfaces partners use, developing new measures as the catalog grows in scope and complexity.

  • Communicate the vision: represent the roadmap for this agentic platform and its business impact to stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization, from engineering to partner programs to sales.

  • Build toward a growing team: as the service catalog and its complexity expand, you'll grow into leading the product managers and cross-functional leads who own it.

Preferred qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a platform or ecosystem product.

  • Proven ability to design and launch operating models, processes, or systems from scratch, translating ambiguous business needs into clear structure without a template to follow.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to define and track adoption, quality, and business-impact metrics.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to and aligning executive leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business stakeholders) in a matrixed organization, with readiness to grow into people management.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or analytical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
