Worldwide Returns & Recommerce enhances the relationship with Amazon’s customers through Support Options and a Returns process that is simple, transparent, and convenient. We work to reduce returns by helping customers keep what they bought and removing defects that would cause a return (Zero Defects). When items are returned or damaged, we maximize reuse and recovery to achieve Zero Cost of Returns and Zero Product Waste, benefiting people, planet, and profit.

The WWR&R Finance team seeks a self-driven Senior Financial Analyst excited about solving complex problems that have a customer facing impact, require strategic long-term thinking and help drive the 4 zeroes.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner directly with business, finance and tech teams to exercise controllership over key business parameters. This is a high visibility role, where you will partner with senior leaders (including a Vice President/L10 and several Directors/L8s) regularly, and build reporting that helps them keep a pulse on key business parameters, and helps them make strategic decisions. You will own headcount and OpEx planning and reporting, as well as partnering with senior executives to help them identify strategic options to deliver to their goals. You will have a strong operational and controllership mindset as we continue our mission to build best-in-class reverse logistics processes.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
