An ideal candidate has a background in supply chain operations and excellent data driven problem-resolution skills. Candidates will place purchase orders, manage a ticket queue and ensure timely PO closure and invoice payment. Candidates will work collaboratively across teams to perform in-depth analyses and troubleshoot issues in a variety of subject areas. This job will require exceptional communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
AWS Supply Chain Managers are responsible for tracking the status of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Order using internal tools and processes. Manage, analyze, and reconcile purchase orders internally and externally. Work with vendors and Procurement to coordinate purchase order changes and approvals. Monitor and coordinate purchase order issuance and cancellations. Track recurring issues that arise in the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order creation process and proactively recommend solutions to improve the process. Present the performance and metrics associated with the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order processes.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
