In this role, you will be responsible for standing up and managing a large-scale program supporting a complex technology initiative. While this is not a hands-on technical role, you will serve as the critical connective tissue between product, technology, and business teams — ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and delivering results on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Establish and lead program governance for a large technology initiative, including defining program structure, milestones, cadences, and reporting mechanisms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and status reporting for executive leadership
- Drive cross-functional coordination across product management, engineering, and business stakeholder teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables
- Create and manage executive-level communications including business reviews, program updates, and leadership narratives
- Identify and mitigate program risks and blockers; escalate appropriately and drive resolution
- Design and implement scalable program management processes, tools, and mechanisms that can be leveraged across the organization
- Facilitate decision-making across teams by synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Track and report on key program metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across workstreams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
