Amazon's Home Services team is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to drive the technical onboarding of new selling partners and transform their journey from account creation to live operations. You will combine your knowledge of system integration architecture, AWS services, and programming languages like Java and Python to architect and deliver scalable solutions that remove friction and accelerate business growth.

In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex selling partner requirements and our platform capabilities, working directly with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Your analytical mindset and customer-focused approach will be essential as you navigate ambiguous challenges, translate business needs into technical solutions, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance our services and scale operations. You must be an effective communicator, a strong collaborator across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, and able to lead a diverse and decentralized team of professionals.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
