Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on leader for the GTM Strategy & Operations team within the Revenue Operations organization. This team serves as the core strategic and business partner function to the GTM organization, playing a critical role in driving GTM growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead a team of AMER Sales Business Partners and serve as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with AMER Enterprise Sales Leadership on sales planning, including annual, half year, and quarterly GTM planning cycles. This will include leading AMER territory planning, headcount planning, and quota planning to help the organization achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Partner with AMER Enterprise Sales Leadership to develop field strategy for the Americas and ensure alignment with the global operating model. This includes driving forecast rigor, pipeline generation strategies, CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and operating discipline to enable predictable growth.

  • Drive operating rigor and scalability by establishing and evolving the operating rhythms, processes, and cadences that enable disciplined execution and support sustained GTM growth.

  • Partner with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps, develop targeted training programs, and support the onboarding and ramp of new AEs and SDRs.

  • Lead and develop a high performing team of AMER Sales Business Partners; continuously raise the bar on team capabilities, talent development, and operational excellence.

  • Lead high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems

What You Have

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy & Operations, or a closely related field. Ideal candidates will have a combination of operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, and experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy / management consulting, or other highly analytical roles.

  • 3+ years of people management experience required. A nice to have would be prior experience managing managers as well.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you're energized by working across teams and can bring people together around shared goals

  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner and lead a team of business partners, with the ability to build trusted relationships, navigate diverse working styles, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

$212,000-$290,000 USD
