Multiple Positions Available:

Trusted part of the leadership in an organization, typically advising a Director or GM (depending on organization size). Define the strategic vision of the service(s), own the long-term roadmap, and drive teams to execute on that vision with all business, verticals, and market segments. Own the positioning and go-to-market strategy. Assigned to initiatives where the service opportunity and/or technology strategy has yet to be defined. Responsible for the end-to-end service experience. Identify business opportunities where Amazon can accelerate customer’s business success. Construct a portfolio of service offerings by generalizing the gaps across multiple customers and segments to drive new products and services. Anticipate customer’s future growth and extrapolate these signals into future long term business opportunities. Deliver with complete independence. Delight customers and influence the technical decisions makers throughout the entire life-cycle of the engagement from discovery, adoption, optimization, and service evolution. Influence customers’ engineering practices and culture in order to drive sustained service adoption and performance. Oversee customer engagement, PR/FAQ and other requirements definition, CX design, compliance, feature development priority, product messaging, pricing, and reliability. Own the product marketing strategy (branding, promotions, deals, etc.) and/or P/L. Trusted to operate with complete independence.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) technical experience with software development, network development, and IT; (2) experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products while responsible for the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM (go to market); (3) owning and driving endto-end product requirements across multiple teams; (4) prioritizing complex deliverables while understanding technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and leading meetings with technical and business leaders; (5) utilizing data to manage metrics, drive process improvements, and implement business cases; (6) software product management; and (7) product roadmap planning, feature requirements generation, and go-to-market planning and execution.

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $185797 - $245000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
