The Accreditation Risk Manager is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, delegating, and performing all annual and ongoing due diligence audits for the Pharmacy’s accreditations. They shall also ensure compliance with Amazon Pharmacy’s obtained accreditations along with oversight of related compliance and quality programs. The Accreditation Risk Manager will serve as the interpretive expert for the required accreditation standards applicable to their program, and support the Pharmacy in identifying new accreditation needs based on forward-looking business strategy.

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in project management including communication, planning, and documentation
- Experience drafting policies, standard operating procedures, internal guidance, and legally-mandated letters
- Knowledge of National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), or other applicable regulatory experience
- Passion for Pharmacy compliance best practices

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
