Corporate Affairs actively enables the company’s mission by navigating risk and opportunities through strategic policy engagement, reputation and stakeholder management, building corporate narratives and supporting brand awareness. We're looking for a Senior Program Manager who can help us operate at peak efficiency and a supportive work environment for our team.

The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leadership role focused on optimizing Corporate Affairs operations, enabling functional excellence, and ensuring alignment between Corporate Affairs execution and company objectives. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Affairs, this career opportunity offers a blend of operational oversight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Affairs Strategy & Execution: Partner to define and implement Corporate Affairs strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics across communications, government affairs, and Impact departments.

  • Operational Excellence: Streamline Corporate Affairs processes, including planning cadences, budget management, headcount planning, and cross-functional handoffs.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with legal, product, sales, marketing, HR and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of Corporate Affairs initiatives and realistic commitment setting.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor Corporate Affairs KPIs, conduct data-driven insights, and recommend adjustments to improve initiative success rates and functional impact.

  • Team Leadership: Contribute to Corporate Affairs operations, fostering a high-performance culture across the three departments.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between Corporate Affairs leadership and executive teams, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.

  • Special Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional projects that span multiple departments, ensuring comprehensive ownership from conception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in a similar role in government or the private sector contributing to corporate operations, communications, government affairs, or public policy, preferably with international exposure and ideally some knowledge of foreign policy, AI, or technology related fields.

  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in project management tools, and expertise in cross-functional coordination. A track record of bringing order to fast, complex functions.

  • Leadership: Enable collaboration, drive accountability, and navigate high-growth environments.

  • Strategic Thinking: Experience translating business goals into actionable Corporate Affairs plans.

  • Communication: Executive level communication skills, experience creating board level presentation decks, stakeholder engagement materials, and executive presence.
