The Scale & Partner AI Experiences organization is transforming how Microsoft partners engage, transact, and grow through AI-first platforms and secure partner experiences. Our team builds the foundational services that power Partner Center, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), partner onboarding, program enrollment, identity, authorization, and security experiences across Microsoft's global partner ecosystem.
We are looking for a Software Engineer II who is passionate about building highly scalable cloud services, secure platforms, and modern partner onboarding experiences. You will work on critical platform capabilities including account enrollment, authorization, partner identity, security compliance, AI-enabled experiences, and shared services used across Partner Center and the broader Microsoft partner ecosystem.
This role offers an opportunity to work on systems that support millions of partner and customer interactions while directly contributing to Microsoft's AI-first transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed services that support partner onboarding, account enrollment, security, and Partner Center platform capabilities.
- Build APIs and platform components that enable partner lifecycle management, account provisioning, and partner program enrollment.
- Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance cloud-native services using modern engineering practices.
- Implement security-first solutions including authentication, authorization, MFA enforcement, identity management, and access controls.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
