The Program Manager will provide essential operational and administrative support to CPI Project Managers by managing vendor onboarding, access and compliance workflows, financial tracking, tool administration, and closeout enforcement. This role ensures the CPI team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of execution across all administrative functions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, has a bias for action, and can independently manage multiple administrative workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders to drive process compliance and remove barriers for project delivery teams.
Key job responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Access Management
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including documentation, system setup, and badge/access requests across data center facilities
Monitor training compliance and submit Door Masking/SGR tickets, escalating issues to project managers
Financial & Procurement Support
Follow up on CAR approvals, contract approvals, and PO issues to maintain project schedules
Troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies and track PO utilization by coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and DCSP teams
Tool Administration & Data Quality
Create and configure Procore project shells, manage user access, and conduct regular data quality checks
Track warehouse inventory (receipts, distribution, reconciliation) and collect inputs for business reviews
SLA Enforcement & Compliance
Monitor and enforce MCM and closeout action plan SLA targets, tracking submissions and execution timelines
Generate weekly compliance reports and escalate at-risk items to project managers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
