We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the Leo direct-to-device (DTD) system integration, verification, and validation. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how quickly and reliably we deploy the DTD constellation and enable service to our customers.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the DTD TPM team, you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy for DTD systems integration, verification, and validation.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager part of Amazon Leo DTD team, you'll lead technical program management of DTD systems through integration, verification, and validation, ensuring our Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) solution performs flawlessly in real-world environments.
Drive programs from early architecture and design through integration and qualification testing, ensuring these critical systems meet performance, reliability, and schedule requirements. You will develop mechanisms and processes connecting Leo engineering, business, and production teams to ensure the Leo NTN solution meets the requirements for our customers.
Serve as the central program leader across a diverse set of cross-functional teams—from business development, communication systems, networking software, to systems integration and test – to ensure the DTD solution, including satellite payload and network connectivity, is delivered to meet performance requirements and quality standards
Success requires deep technical judgment, strong program leadership, and the ability to align complex engineering organizations.
Develop and maintain program plans that track major milestones across integration activities, qualification testing, system readiness and deployment. You will proactively identify technical and programmatic risks, build mitigation strategies, and communicate clear status updates to engineering leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.
Help transition DTD payload development from early integration into a large-scale solution supported by the Leo DTD constellation, device ecosystem, and core networks. You will take ownership of systems-level integration, verification, and validation.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
