  • Accurately represent Salesforce's current AI narrative in web content, ensuring messaging aligns with brand and legal guidelines

  • Provide recommendations for user experience and flow based on testing, customer feedback, AI-driven analytics/insights, and data to continually enhance the user journey

  • Use web templates and thoroughly QA work — leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate — to ensure accuracy and error-free delivery of published pages

  • Test pages for responsiveness/display and work with digital engineering partners to address discrepancies

  • Ensure content is accurate, SEO optimized, and fits the user's journey; validate all assets based on SEO team's guidelines

  • Support demand generation through the creation of web forms

  • Deliver site enhancements while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools (e.g., generative content drafting, automated QA checks, personalization) to improve team efficiency and page quality

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing web and content production for an enterprise organization

  • Basic understanding of information architecture, user experience, interaction design, and visual design initiatives

  • Understanding of web image optimization and best practices, using various tools to deliver high quality imagery with the least impact on performance

  • Experience working in development, staging, and production environments of WordPress, and syncing changes across environments

  • Working knowledge of (or strong interest in learning) AI-assisted productivity and content tools, and the judgment to review and validate AI-generated work before publishing

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, manage time efficiently, and be a proactive communicator to stakeholders

  • Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to "turn on a dime," think through problems to come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy

  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., Slack, Gemini, Claude Code, AI design tools) in a marketing, content, or web production context

  • Genuine curiosity about how AI will reshape web content production, and enthusiasm for adopting new AI-powered workflows as they emerge
