Role Summary
The Business Analyst II partners with stakeholders to support business analysis, reporting, and operational metrics through dashboards, data visualizations, and scalable data solutions. The role develops analyses and reporting platforms that provide data and KPIs to inform business decision making.

Position: Business Analyst II - AMZ15546.6
Location: Austin, TX
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate necessary data sources to support business analysis and reporting.
2. Publish, analyze and improve dashboards/data visualizations using business intelligence reporting tools. (Tableau, Quicksight etc.)
3. Analyze and build dashboards to display operational business metrics decks and key performance indicators.
4. Write high-quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (AWS Redshift cluster, RDS, S3 buckets, etc.)
5. Build scalable solutions & self-serve platforms that will provide data / KPIs to inform business decision making.
6. Design and build ETL data pipelines using SQL to extract data from S3 buckets using ETL Tools (Hammerstone Data net, etc.)
7. Perform end-to-end deep dive analysis to discover actionable insights for our business stakeholders.
8. Design automated BI solutions/ python script for recurrent reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
9. Analyze volumes of data to find the root causes behind variances and drive insights.
10. Own the design, development, and management of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to support business needs.

Basic Qualifications
