Job Description

  • Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure
  • Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Thermal and power management on HBF-based products
    • Work with thermal and power management designer on the algorithm
    • Work with FW team on implementation
    • Work with Validation team on defining test objectives, measurement and debug planning
    • Verify and characterize the management implementation on actual systems

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED:
    • Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
    • 10+ years (BS), 7+ years (MS) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design
    • Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
    • Familiar with debug, testing and peripheral interfaces (JTAG, UART, I2C, I3C, SMBus)
    • Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders
  • PREFERRED:
    • Experience with flows and toolchains for system characterization and production testing
    • Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
    • Knowledge of LLM algorithm
