Role Overview

The Workplace Manager joins Harvey's global Workplace Operations team to own and elevate the day-to-day experience of Harvey's Sydney office. The team's mission is to deliver a consistently high-quality, operationally seamless environment across every Harvey location worldwide. This role is responsible for shaping the physical environment, vendor relationships, and office culture that enable Harvey's growing APAC presence to thrive. The Workplace Manager partners closely with People Operations, IT, and local leadership to ensure the Sydney office runs at the standard employees experience in Harvey's more established locations. It is a unique opportunity to build the playbook for a scaling satellite office at one of the fastest-growing companies in legal AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end workplace operations for Harvey's Sydney office, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office logistics

  • Develop and implement local workplace programs, events, and initiatives that foster a productive, welcoming employee experience

  • Manage relationships with building management, service vendors, and contractors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations

  • Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, IT, Finance, and local leadership to align workplace strategy with broader business needs

  • Contribute to global workplace standards and playbooks, adapting them for the APAC region while maintaining consistency across Harvey's offices
