Who We Are
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
About The Role
Notion is accelerating investment in Partner and Consultant motions with the goal to scale growth meaningfully over the next several years. This role will lead strategy and execution across both self-service and sales-assisted business models, diving deep to support each motion while also working alongside business partners to drive program unification through mechanisms such as tiering, processes, systems, and incentive models.
As Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll support Partner growth strategy design, translate strategies into annual investment plans, clear priorities and cross-functional dependencies, and help drive execution with velocity and rigor. You'll build and own core operating processes and frameworks — such as capacity and revenue models, reporting and KPI reviews — partnering with RevOps, Business Technology, Data, Finance, Product, and Go to Market teams to develop a strong operational foundation for the Partner program.
Ultimately, you'll help our Partner Leadership team build programs that transform end user experience, accelerate Notion adoption, and drive ARR growth at scale. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building, comfortable in undefined spaces, data- and process-driven, and brings expertise in the Partner and GTM operations space.
What You'll Achieve
Lead annual and semi-annual planning for the Partner org, including invest/divest recommendations, headcount and opex, OKRs, KPIs and incentives models
Build and own revenue and capacity models to inform investment decisions; Structure ambiguous problems through data, translating insights into clear recommendations
Design and run “rhythm of the business” operating cadences e.g. KPI and OKR reviews to drive the right decisions at the right time
Partner with BizTech and Data to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver the systems, reporting and analytics capabilities needed to run the Partner business
Improve Partner process, working closely with Business Technology and Partner teams to improve end to end experience across Partner onboarding, lead gen, etc.
Evolve Partner operating processes and experiences; Identify bottlenecks and guide process optimization and automation
Guide and design data-backed strategies such as tiering, incentives, referral models and more
Skills You'll Need To Bring
Strong analytics and modeling capabilities: You structure ambiguous problems through data and distill insights into clear recommendations
Process-oriented mindset: You understand existing workflows and build processes and automation that create efficiency and accelerate business results
Impact orientation and ROI: You craft narratives that weigh benefits and tradeoffs, guiding leaders to the right decisions that will help them achieve their goals
Strong communication: You communicate effectively across audiences, functions and levels, including executive leadership
Cross-functional influence: You collaborate across teams, leveraging diverse expertise to drive results. You’re not afraid to zoom in and out, and roll up your sleeves to get things done
Project management: You translate strategies into clear milestones, goals, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed
Velocity mindset: You design pilots and experiments, success measures, and scale wins quickly
Partner expertise: You understand Partner and Consultant models, Go to Market functions, and what great operations looks like
10+ years in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting, with applied experience in tech/SaaS
You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Advanced analytics, statistics background and/or SQL skills
Hands-on experience directly supporting executive leadership

A Note on AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
