Mission:

We are looking for a strategic Regional Vice President to lead our Retail team in North America. You will lead an agile team of Directors and their Enterprise Account Executives, measured by achieving overall team quota, new logo acquisition, and expanding Databricks adoption across the most strategic retail customers in North America. This team is passionate about building a modern data and AI ecosystem across the industry and helping customers and partners succeed. You will report to the Vice President of Retail in North America.

What you will do:

  • Build and lead a team of talented Directors and Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth across strategic and emerging markets within the Retail industry.
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners to support long-term growth and success across North America.
  • Foster continuous learning and a strong understanding of Databricks’ technical capabilities and future product roadmap.
  • Lead North American Enterprise growth planning while ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business.
  • Scale and accelerate sales through data consumption models and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
  • Help customers drive innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth by leveraging the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
