Analyze bill of materials (BOM) to identify supply risks, including single/sole sourcing, supplier capacity constraints, manufacturing and technology dependencies, and lifecycle and end-of-life exposure. Work cross-functionally to drive mitigation plans and track progress to closure.

4. Alternative Sourcing
Owner of identifying high risk components, driving multiple source selection from cradle to grave in NUDD process. Partner with engineering and quality teams to enable early qualification of alternate components. Ensure alternative solutions are ready ahead of key development milestones.
