In this hybrid role, you will report to the Product Data Science Lead, Supply Operations.
You will:

- Quantify our operational capacity to handle events, providing actionable data to scale team performance and optimize response protocols

- Partner cross-functionally to translate business challenges into robust data pipelines and reporting solutions that drive operational resilience
You have:
- 8+ years of experience in a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), with a proven track record of architecting and scaling projects
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder & Management skills: You can communicate clearly complex topic in an easy to understand way to stakeholders at all levels of the company
- Extensive experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Action Oriented Analytical mindset - you not only build the report, you look at your data and make actionable recommendations from it
We prefer:
- Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry or a strong background in engineering or physics
- Experience working with Operations
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
