AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and creative administrative professional to join the AIS-Supply Chain organization as an Executive Assistant. This position will support 2 to 3 leaders.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, collaborative, decisive, and self-motivated, and has a strong history of high performance. Thinking holistically, creating efficiencies, and applying consistently sound judgement to decisions are critical to the success of this role. The successful EA for this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and always have an eye on the minute details as well as the big picture.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative. The ability to foster a positive and fun team environment are a must. A keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests are critical.

This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing exposure to broad and diverse areas of the AWS business and an opportunity to work with EAs in other senior leadership offices on a multitude of exciting tasks. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
