We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with our APAC Sales team across all subregions and segments. In this role, you will serve as a business partner on the Regional Sales Operations team, playing a critical role in helping Figma Sales scale revenue across both our self-service and assisted sales motions.

This role will be operating out of our Singapore hub on a hybrid basis.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis—improving speed and accuracy of insights for leadership
  • Champion AI adoption within the regional Sales team through best practices, workflows, and enablement
  • Partner with sales leaders across APAC subregions, navigating diverse markets, cultures, and time zones
  • Manage regional operating activities, including quota/crediting decisions and escalations, to deliver actionable insights for Sales and Finance
  • Support forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities to Sales Leadership
  • Recommend org design, headcount, book of business carving, and quota decisions across the region
  • Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews, analyzing funnel trends and KPIs and driving follow-up actions
  • Own performance dashboards, reports, and data-quality standards, keeping sales systems clean and trusted

  • Proven ability to use AI to improve the speed, accuracy, and scale of sales ops work

  • Strong analytical/technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce, BI tools, and building sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and exec presentations

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Advanced analytics skills with expertise in BI visualization tools (specifically Sigma) and working SQL fluency
