As a Customer Success Workflow Specialist with a focus on Isaac and Robotics trained in Digital Twins, you will join our Omniverse Customer Success team. You will work to help create the conditions for robots to be trained virtually in omniverse within Digital Twins so they can then be deployed to the real world. You’ll be examining all aspects of these workflows and processes, as well as how we can enhance and innovate them using the Omniverse platform. You will work with the latest hardware and software technologies to help NVIDIA develop the next generation of improved customer workflows alongside our partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Looking at various processes within the Robotics industry to see how our technology can help benefit the industry and our customers

  • How to enhance these existing industry workflows by integrating the Omniverse platform

  • Provide feedback to engineering & product teams

  • Working with various customers around the world who are developing on the Omniverse platform

  • Understanding Customer workflows and communicating the product & engineering teams about them

  • Creating videos to highlight & train on these workflows

What we need to see:

  • B.S. degree (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years of experience along with expertise in graphics, graphic applications, industry applications, and industry workflows, 3D CAD Modelling applications, /or base coding (ROS2, Python +), all with an emphasis in Robotics

  • Simulation and experience with related tooling such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, Unreal, Unity, MuJoco, or Drake

  • Robotics applied experience in Manipulation Motion Planning, Navigation, or similar

  • Robotics applied experience (e.g Manipulation Motion Planning, Navigation, etc)

  • Prior hardware, software, or solutions development background in Robotics

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and constituents, and can prioritize under tight deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - written, spoken, and visual. High-pressure executive presentation skills a plus

  • Ability to work multi-functionally across all groups at NVIDIA and directly with customers and partners to achieve stated goals and objectives

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
