The System Application Engineer will own end‑to‑end system collateral and PoR‑driven customer support for SoC platforms, working closely with OEM and the NVIDIA Architecture team. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in SoC architecture and hands-on experience driving technical engagement with OEM/ODM customers. The role focuses on defining and maintaining system requirements (electrical, thermal, and functional) and enabling partners to design compliant, high‑quality products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work directly with OEM and the NVIDIA Architecture team to define and maintain SoC product collateral, including Datasheet, PinMux, Hardware Design Guide, Product Specification, and Partner Guidelines.

  • Lead and document PoR (Plan‑of‑Record) discussions for SoC platforms, aligning internal and external stakeholders on features, constraints, and schedules.

  • Define and review GPU/CPU/DLA/memory electrical and thermal requirements at the system level (power delivery, interfaces, cooling, operating conditions, derating, etc.).

  • Define and review SoC high speed I/O ( eDP, DP, HDMI,PCIe, USB-C) specification, design rules and validation plan.

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customer support on POR, board design, bring-up, and validation issues.

  • Drive continuous updates to design collateral based on silicon learning, field feedback, and new feature enablement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across architecture, silicon, hardware, thermal, and software teams to resolve issues and deliver robust solutions.

  • Be involved in customer interaction, set up and drive customer communication via conference calls, and face to face meetings

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 189,750 USD for Level 2, and 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
