We’re looking for a Senior Global Transactions Manager - Data Center & Real Estate who will play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate deals! This position is based in Santa Clara and is part of the Real Estate & Site Services organization, with leadership responsibilities across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, Israel, and India. You will manage property agreements for NVIDIA’s data center, office, labs, and garage portfolios, working closely with various departments to ensure transactions align with business strategy, risk tolerance, and growth objectives. This role demands ownership, sound judgment, and the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Direct and supervise real estate transactions, collaborate on site identification and coordinate due diligence, negotiate data center leases, power and utility agreements, financing contracts, and other related documents.

  • Structure and negotiate outstanding data center lease terms that align with NVIDIA’s operational requirements, financial objectives, and long-term business outlook.

  • Coordinate transactions across NVIDIA’s office, labs, garage, and ancillary real estate portfolio, both domestically and internationally.

  • Serve as the main liaison between NVIDIA and landlords, brokers, internal and external legal counsel, and technical advisors, maintaining alignment and clarity among all parties involved.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Insurance, Tax, and other internal teams to manage risk, timelines, and internal expectations.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD.
