We are looking for a Manager, Sourcing to join our Indirect Procurement Organization. In this role, you will be the go-to for all events, and marketing sourcing needs. This role will develop and implement the overall Category Strategy for marketing services and events production. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams and develop alignment across the organization to achieve business goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead development and implementation of category strategies to optimize vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and support execution of marketing and event initiatives.

  • Develop a global supplier catalog for Marketing and Events categories i.e. Full Service Event Agencies, Booth Design and Build, Exhibit Agency, Broadcasting and AV, Event Registration, Print, Merchandising, Staffing, Venue Sourcing, etc.

  • Delivering hands on end-to-end sourcing services to the business.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor!

  • Collaborate, influence, and gain consensus by delivering compelling presentations that translate analytics to actionable strategies.

  • Support the Director of Procurement, and explore Professional Services including Consulting, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 10+ overall years of professional business experience.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience.

  • Proven expertise sourcing i.e. hands on experience with RFx process in marketing and events category in a fast-paced hi-tech environment at a global scale,

  • Proven project management and strong consulting skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD.
