NVIDIA is looking for an excellent Firmware Manager to join the FW Management group in Santa Clara As the team manager, you will be leading a major development team responsible for the firmware of the next-generation networking products while being hands-on with development activities. The Firmware team develops modern networking features for cloud, HPC, and storage. We drive the data growth of the world’s biggest companies. What you will be doing:

  • Lead a group of engineers and provide technical guidance and career mentorship to the team of highly skilled engineers. Empower the team members to excel and increase team productivity.

  • Lead a firmware team that develops out-of-band / side-band management and peripherals (including communications with the BMC)

  • Drive and facilitate the planning, scheduling, and execution of the project and activities of the team.

  • Collaborate with architecture and different software design teams as part of the software development lifecycle.

  • Work in pre and post-silicon development environments of next-generation NVIDIA networking products.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 3, and 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 4.
