We are looking for a Director of Carline Program Management to join our NVIDIA DRIVE AV team to define and develop products to grow our Autonomous Vehicles business. As a Carline PM Director, you will build and lead a team to mold NVIDIA innovative autonomous vehicles' technology into AV products. You will partner with engineering, product, system, and validation teams to bring next-generation driving intelligence from concept to production. Ideal for problem-solvers who excel at integrating software, hardware, and vehicle systems in fast-paced environments.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of an autonomous driving carline program, specialized in L4 Robotaxi productization, from feature definition and platform planning to vehicle-specific adaptation, prototype integration, validation, and mass-production readiness.

  • Setting the execution plan for the carline PM team as well as coordinating for rest of relevant teams, maximizing your deep understanding of customer needs, knowledge of the AV industry, and out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Lead a team to drive all aspects of product planning including data collection, ML ops, Data ops, in car test, KPIs iteration, and customer management

  • Drive issue resolution across software, hardware, vehicle, validation, and customer-facing work streams using structured, data-driven decision-making.

  • Continuously improve execution processes to increase development speed, integration efficiency, release quality, and delivery reliability.

  • Communicate continuously with customers, understanding their evolving needs to ensure product competitiveness and translate that into product roadmap to drive execution with cross-functional teams.
     

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in engineering with 15+ overall years of experience in both software and hardware platforms.

  • 8+ years of leadership experience.

  • You are a Self-starter, with a 'can-do' attitude in a multifaceted environment.

  • Experience working in a software development environment

  • Track record of leading the launch of technically complex products to customers, especially scaled L4 Robotaxi programs

  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers


Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background in autonomous vehicles, Driver Assist technology, and/or machine learning

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD.
