What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage service products within the AI software and cloud support portfolio, with a particular focus on premium support offerings.
Identify service gaps and opportunities, define product requirements and specifications, establish product strategy and positioning, and lead operational execution and performance measurement.
Work with cross-functional teams to build and implement essential measures to monitor software onboarding, implementation, and adoption processes.
Leverage data insights to inform strategic action plans and build targeted service offers that facilitate customer entry into the AI application ecosystem.
Align key collaborators, including internal technical teams and external partners, to successfully launch new services.
Identify areas for improvement in our software support processes and implement innovative solutions to improve customer happiness.
What we need to see:
Motivated, capable of working in both strategic and tactical environments, with the ability to influence at all levels of the enterprise service business.
Established background and solid grasp of AI software, adoption, and onboarding processes. Emphasis on building support service products that ensure easy customer implementation and increase value.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
