The NVIDIA Retail and Consumer Package team seeks an experienced and technically savvy professional to complete the GTM strategy. The role involves working with top Retail and CPG Software partners in digital commerce, supply chain, and intelligent stores. This role will focus on top ISVs and AI native companies that have already integrated NVIDIA libraries and accelerated computing platform in their applications. You will work closely with business development leaders across our three strategic market segments and our developer relations team to drive joint go-to-market execution — co-promoting solutions, driving joint target accounts, and bridging top ISV partners with our sales organization to grow their customer base and increase NVIDIA GPU and acceleration software consumption.

Your mission is to jointly drive multi‑billion‑dollar business growth and demonstrate NVIDIA’s leadership in the Retail & CPG market. You will build and complete a scalable, programmatic strategy that drives the joint promotion of these strategic ISVs (software partners). This enables joint go‑to‑market and co‑selling success across all regions. You will engage with top software partners and strategic accounts, influence ecosystem direction, and collaborate closely with field sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver sustained revenue expansion and market leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (developer relations, sales, and marketing) to jointly promote top ISV solutions whose platform has been accelerated and integrated with NVIDIA software libraries.

  • Drive revenue and pipeline growth by developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans with key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to accelerate AI adoption across all strategic pillars in Retail & CPG Industry.

  • Act as a senior brand ambassador, growing NVIDIA's presence with global customers by promoting our ecosystem.

  • Drive the execution of innovative, complex global programs, with a focus on multi-year, multi-region initiatives and cross-functional leadership.

  • Infuse customer insights to influence ISV product direction and market evolution—using thought leadership and cross-functional influence to generate measurable results.

  • Collaborate with enterprise marketing to Launch major marketing/demand generation campaigns and organize joint events showcasing our ISV ecosystem at major conferences.

  • Provide strategic support for sales execution by quantifying the NVIDIA revenue driven by ISV ecosystem on major customer accounts.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in business development, technology partnership, or solution leadership roles at technology companies or high-growth startups. At least 5 years of direct focus working with Retail & CPG companies.

  • Recognized subject matter expert in Retail & CPG, defining industry direction, driving market expansion, and influencing technology adoption at scale.

  • Extensive experience architecting and delivering end-to-end solutions, from business case creation and GTM strategy to sales enablement and ecosystem activation.

  • Proven success shaping and driving complex global strategies that deliver top-line growth and open new revenue streams across emerging technologies.

  • Exceptional communicator with a track record of vision articulation, executive influence, public thought leadership, and external ecosystem partnerships.

  • Experience with top AI workloads in Retail and CPG to drive real-world AI innovation within our industry.

  • Able to travel up to 30%.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD for Level 5, and 216,000 USD - 345,000 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
