We are seeking an experienced Systems Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building cloud services supporting GeForce NOW. In this organization, you will improve our operations and feature delivery cadence while maintaining the reliability of our internal and external-facing cloud services.
What you’ll be doing:
To keep pace with our rapidly growing demand and the opportunity it represents, you will be a comprehensive technical leader: part builder, part operator, part customer advocate, and part unyielding deliverer of results.
Build a strategy for growing usage and scale of existing customers while crafting features to delight an ever-expanding set of new customers. This includes building inventive and noteworthy user experiences that delight customers while aligning long term strategies with product goals and company vision.
Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations and management of the service. You have a consistent track record of delivery in terms of both features and service “ilities” (availability, scalability, and maintainability) and be adept at making informed and accurate trade-offs among contending ends.
Partner closely with peer organizations to achieve business success in the GPU Cloud space, including SW development teams to continuously drive improvements in service reliability, using strong SW engineer processes, superb tools, and influential strategies.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 4, and 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
