What You’ll Be Doing:

Data Visualization & Modeling: Build and develop dynamic dashboards and analytic models to provide actionable business insights and interpret market or internal trends.

5+ years of dedicated, progressive experience in Compensation.
Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, VBA, Power Query) and a strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
Soft Skills: High learning agility, flexibility, and unmatched quantitative problem-solving skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 3, and 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
