We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our dynamic team as a Product Manager, driving the development and implementation of our innovative bio-AI inference strategy. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and carry out a full-stack inference strategy for the BioNeMo platform, including NVIDIA Inference Microservices (NIMs) and Blueprints, aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between the Digital Biology ecosystem and the rest of NVIDIA. Communicate the ecosystem priorities to the horizontal product teams and influence roadmaps to include feature development relevant for the bio ecosystem.

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to collaborators and senior management, providing regular updates and reports.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for the product.

  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and users, using data to drive continuous improvements and inform future product development.

  • Keep informed about developments and innovations in artificial intelligence and bio-inspired neural modeling, and apply knowledge to guide the product roadmap.

What we need to see:

  • Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Deep Learning, Large Scale AI deployment.

  • Deep technical foundation: should possess an extensive understanding of software development, machine learning, and bioinformatics. This involves familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and tools frequently employed in these areas.

  • Experience with product management: the ideal candidate should have prior experience in product management or equivalent, with a track record of successfully launching and managing technical products. This includes the ability to build product roadmaps, gather and prioritize requirements, and work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry, including current trends and challenges. This involves understanding bioinformatics, genomics, and drug discovery processes.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills: this role will require the candidate to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators. They should also be able to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA products like NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM

  • Hands-on experience with deployment of large-scale AI models for production workloads.

  • Familiarity with ISV platforms and understanding of how product integrations work for ISVs.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 224,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
