Job Description

  • Meet quarterly assigned sales quota and objectives
  • Drive market share growth in key market segments
  • Increase brand visibility and market share with key channels
  • Establish strong partnership and facilitate indirect sales and project deals and with key system integrators
  • Build and maintain close relationship with key partners and resellers, educating customers about products and promotions.
  • Work closely with authorized distributors to expand the channel component business
  • Developing sales strategies on price positioning and sales programs to achieve assigned targets
  • Collaborate with the Channel and Digital Marketing team to drive user demand/education/awareness in key categories and market segments
  • Build and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market including providing demand forecast, understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the territory

Qualifications

  • A seasoned Sales Superhero with 8+ years working experience within sales (channel/distribution/vendor) management, preferably experience in IT component industry. Have existing relationship with key storage/PC/gaming system integrators and experience in managing these accounts. 
  • A degree and/or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a similar field
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Team player with strong initiative and willingness to learn new skills
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Travelling within the country should be expected as part of the job
