Job Description
Role Summary
Leads cross-functional programs to identify, prioritize, and execute mitigation actions for supply and component risks across the product lifecycle. Ensures mitigation plans (e.g., alternate sourcing, lead time buffers, contractual coverage, inventory strategies) are defined, aligned, and delivered on time with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive mitigation execution
- Own end-to-end program management of risk mitigation plans across engineering, planning, and procurement
- Translate risk signals into actionable mitigation plans with clear owners, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure timely execution and closure of mitigation actions across all workstreams
- Cross-functional orchestration
- Align Engineering (alternate source/fab), Planning (safety stock/lead time), and Commodity Management (contractual coverage)
- Resolve gaps, conflicts, and dependencies across functions to maintain forward progress
- Risk identification & prioritization
- Partner with commodity, NPI procurement, and upstream teams to identify supply risks across components/programs
- Prioritize risks based on business impact (revenue, customer commitments, ramp readiness)
- Governance & reporting
- Establish and run weekly governance cadence (status, risks, escalations, decisions)
- Consolidate program-level reporting into clear, executive-ready views
- Standardize formats, KPIs, and messaging across mitigation workstreams
- Performance tracking & accountability
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., mitigation coverage, action closure, cycle time to mitigate)
- Hold cross-functional owners accountable to committed timelines and deliverables
- Continuous improvement
- Refine mitigation frameworks, tools, and ways of working
- Identify systemic gaps and drive structural fixes (process, tools, supplier strategy)
Qualifications
Required:
- Program Management Expertise

- Industry Experience
- Semiconductor, electronics, storage, or high-tech supply chain experience
- Strong understanding of component-level risks (e.g., capacity, yield, supplier concentration)

- Working knowledge of at least two:
