Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure production machine performance is well maintain.
- Assist process/equipment engineers to carry out or setup new device evaluation / engineering run when needed.
- Practice 6’s every time after maintenance/repairing /conversion
- Ensure all activities perform to the environment procedures.
- Ensure that all waste/ chemical are properly store/label and scrap.
- Maintain and perform troubleshooting on assigned operation.
- Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environment policy.
- Handshake Passover/communication book and daily machine status report.
- Follow all environmental procedures in carrying out daily activities
- Highlight to supervisor of any activities in the company that may be contrary to environment policy.
- Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
- This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance aligned with the company’s work schedule.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
PREFERRED:
- Familiar with Die Attach machine , Die Sort, Oven machine and Tooling Maintenance.
- Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
