Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Engineer Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:
    • Identify and analyze the root causes of SSD failures, both in the field and during testing. 
  • Assist Engineer Failure Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct thorough failure analysis on returned SSDs (RMA), Quality failure and Manufacturing failure in PCBA level FA
  • Assist Engineer Failure Analysis System Setup and Maintenance:
    • Setup and maintain the debug system for DOE and error duplication. 
  • Assist Engineer for Log Analysis:
    • Assist in analyzing test logs and categorizing test failures. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • PCBA FA analysis skill or PCBA testing engineering
  • Able to do simple PCBA electrical analysis and use measurement tool(Multimeter, Osciloscoppe)
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor's degree , Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics or any engineering field from an accredited institution

  •  Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor's degree , Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics or any engineering field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in failure analysis, printed circuit board assembly, and testing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage technical investigations with minimal supervision
  • Proven hands-on expertise in failure analysis methodologies and root cause analysis techniques
  • Proficiency with industry-standard diagnostic and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and PC-based test benches
  • Strong technical competency in PCBA-level failure analysis and RMA investigation procedures
