Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shift support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on Equipment uptime, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.
  • Support the production Report the online machine status and issue to EE Leader and Engineer.
  • Perform line conversion and complete FAI
  • Able to handle SMT machines(NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM)
  • Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization; to improve MTBA / MTBF
  • Support Engineer for project follow up.
  • Project improvement submission
  • Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill.
  • Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good record for tracking.
  • This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance aligned with the company’s work schedule.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Diploma, Major in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred. 

Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of SMT Equipment (NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM)
  • Familiar with Mechanical equipment and process, Familiar with machine trouble shooting and alarm handling 
  • Responsible for shift machine status checking and conversion
  • Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project 
  • Experience on machine and tooling Preventive Maintenance
  • Have the ability for report generation, focus on machine alarm analysis and trouble shooting

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to communicate and write in English 
  • Familiar with office software: Microsoft Word/excel/ Power point
  • Familiar with Root Cause Analysis
