We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in AI Agents, AgentOps. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the Enterprise ISV developer ecosystem, with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Accelerate critical workloads of ISV partners by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack, examples including NVIDIA Agent Toolkits, Nemotron, NIM, NeMo, Dynamo,  Run:ai, cuda-x libraries, Blueprints,  into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources—such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines—to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA software and libraries, and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams.

  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.

  • Stay ahead of the AI agent landscape, develop NVIDIA’s AgentOps ecosystem strategy, identifying and engaging with the ISVs and developer communities shaping the future of AI agents.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 12+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in Generative AI model training, inference, optimization, application/agent development and operation.

  • Proven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and Enterprise ISVs, or within relevant verticals.

  • Significant technical depth in Enterprise software including Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, AgentOps applications and contributions to product integrations and software libraries.

  •  Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops

  •  Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing production LLM platforms, multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, model post-training pipelines

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
