Job Description 

As a member of our Talent Solutions Sales Team, you will be a part of an experienced group of sales professionals who are bringing LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions products to market. In this hybrid sales role, you will have full-cycle responsibility for both driving new business and maintaining an existing book of client relationships for our Hong Kong and Taiwan market. 
  
Our team operates like a startup, so we are looking for candidates with entrepreneurial DNA. You can handle ambiguity and improvise new processes when needed. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. You will also strategically approach government agencies and educational institutions, identifying their talent strategies before aligning with our solutions. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Drive demand for new product solutions within accounts and/or meaningfully upsell existing accounts and developing new accounts in Hong Kong and Taiwan. 

  • Establish executive-level relationships   

  • Manage customer relationships for revenue and relationship growth both over the phone, online and in-person meetings  

  • Maintain prospecting activity to build a healthy pipeline and increase revenue/market share  

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and provide reliable forecasts  

  • Act as a brand evangelist to improve awareness & understanding of LinkedIn Talent Solutions  

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of sales experience, or a combination of sales and public sector relations experience.

  • Business fluency both in English and Cantonese for written and verbal communication to communicate with our different stakeholders

  • Experience with using IT solutions (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM) to manage workflow 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience with HR, SaaS or IT solutions in public and academic or human resource sector preferred
