Position Responsibilities:
Advise on US federal income tax matters for internal restructuring, reorganizations, new entity formations, entity closures, and asset transfers domestically and cross-border by developing comprehensive tax planning for various Amazon’s business lines. Collaborate with global tax, finance, accounting, business and corporate legal and other teams to formulate integrated cross-functional plans. Research tax rules and write tax technical documents. Create and develop complex excel spreadsheet models. Clearly communicate complex tax technical matters to tax and non-tax partners and stakeholders. Coordinate with external advisors to ensure proper documentation and support for the various initiatives.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $88,816/year to $112,300/year.
