About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

About Qualified

Qualified is Salesforce's AI-powered pipeline generation platform, acquired in April 2026. Our core product, Piper, is the #1 AI SDR agent in the world — she lives on a company's website and in its email inbox, engaging visitors in real-time chat, voice, and video, qualifying them, and booking meetings directly into Salesforce, 24/7. Piper is built natively on the Salesforce Platform (not a bolt-on) and is MAP-agnostic, meaning she works alongside Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua without requiring a rip-and-replace. Over 800 customers — including Okta, Nvidia, CrowdStrike, GE Healthcare, and Snowflake — are live in production. You'll primarily be selling to CMOs (pipeline accountability to the CRO/CEO), VPs of Demand Gen (website conversion and campaign ROI), and Marketing Ops leaders (attribution, integration, self-serve admin) — with VP Sales/CRO and RevOps as secondary influencers.

The Experience

As a Qualified Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own a full sales cycle selling Piper, our AI SDR agent, into Enterprise organizations (4500+ FTE headcount) with an active or prospective Salesforce Sales Cloud footprint. You'll help marketing and revenue leaders close their "pipeline gap" — the vast majority of website visitors who leave without a trace — by showing them how an agentic, always-on inbound motion converts more of the traffic they're already paying for into pipeline, without adding headcount.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Run discovery and act as strategic partner to CMOs, VP Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops leaders — diagnosing pipeline targets, conversion friction, and SDR/marketing team fit
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new Qualified business with Enterprise organizations (4500+ FTE headcount), articulating Piper's value against the cost of adding SDR headcount
  • Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts, prioritizing those with an active Salesforce Sales Cloud relationship
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from discovery through a Piper demo, to pricing and close — knowing when to loop in your QSA (Qualified Success Architect), SE, core AE and/or other stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and the QSA team that owns post-sale implementation
  • Speak confidently to Qualified's differentiation against competitors like 1mind, Drift, Intercom, and Chili Piper

You're Our Person If...

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales, ideally selling into Enterprise organizations (4500+ FTE headcount) with marketing and revenue leaders as your buyer
  • Experience in MarTech, demand gen, or AI-powered sales/marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • Able to run a value-based sales cycle and articulate the business case for pipeline generation, MQLs, and lead conversion
  • Comfortable selling a newly-acquired, fast-evolving product and adapting positioning as Qualified integrates further into Salesforce
  • Trained on MEDDIC or another Enterprise sales methodology
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build C-level relationships with CMOs and VPs of Demand Gen
  • Experience with Salesforce and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Webex, etc.)
