Your mission is to forge a deep, strategic partnership with this iconic Korean conglomerate, driving digital transformation by embedding Tableau's analytics platform across their business. You will help them unlock the power of data in everything from manufacturing and R&D to sales and customer experience. This is a high-visibility role focused on strategic growth, executive engagement, and long-term customer success.What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for a designated key account, aligning Tableau's solutions with their core business objectives to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Executive Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, C-level relationships across the client's organization, acting as a trusted advisor on their data and analytics journey.

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Drive the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure, expertly managing a complex pipeline and navigating large enterprise procurement processes.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a virtual account team of Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other specialists to deliver compelling product demonstrations, evaluations, and comprehensive solutions.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Meticulously manage and track all customer and transactional information in Salesforce (CRM), providing accurate and regular reporting of your pipeline and forecast.

Who You Are (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Languages: Business level fluency in Korean is a must, and business proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Industry Experience: You have 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with significant experience selling into the Korean manufacturing or automotive industry.

  • Client Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of the Korean Chaebol business culture and have a proven track record of successfully selling to large conglomerates. Direct experience selling into a major Korean automotive group is a significant advantage.

  • Proven Performer: You have a history of consistently overachieving sales quotas and experience managing complex, seven-figure software deals.

  • Solution Seller: You are an expert in value-based or solution selling of enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., BI, data analytics, CRM, ERP).

  • Go-Getter: You are self-directed, resourceful, and have a strong work ethic. You are driven to build strategic relationships and maximize account revenue.

  • Excellent Communicator: You have outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences.
