As a strategic Supply Chain Manager, you'll take end-to-end ownership of operations, emphasizing capacity planning, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, program management, product, finance, and more to build MTP (mid term plan) for US Connectivity and Attainment. Utilize your analytical prowess to identify opportunities for middle mile connectivity improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency, with a particular focus on optimizing the physical flow within the supply chain network. Whether you're managing network capacity initiatives, overseeing cross-functional programs, or focusing on strategic projects, your impact will be visible, ongoing, and contribute directly to our commitment to being the most customer-centric company on earth.

A day in the life
The Middle Mile Network Design Manager will establish optimization mechanisms to track network performance, lane efficiency, and sort point utilization metrics, while implementing process improvements and automation.
They will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Product, Tech and Transportation teams, to align on network design priorities and drive data-driven solutions. They will also contribute to long-term network strategy development, focusing on improving network connectivity and lane optimization, while identifying opportunities for cost savings through innovative routing solutions.
The role requires deep understanding of Middle Mile operations, analytical skills (SQL/Python), proven experience in network design or process optimization, and stakeholder management skills.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
