The Corporate Planning Capabilities (CPC) organization is seeking an accomplished leader in Business Process and Planning Transformation to join our team. In this critical position you will drive the comprehensive redesign, from concept through implementation, of organizational business processes, systems, and strategies. As a subject matter expert across supply chain transformation, you will lead complex projects ensuring program objectives and schedules are met, while balancing and advocating for operations/business needs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning and execution of technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and systems requirements.
Partner with a broad network of experts to lead supply chain planning capability analyses and design.
Cross-functional collaboration to develop comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment of resources to program scope, schedules, and budget.
Integrate industry standards to optimize Intel's supply chain.
Develop and document business processes and training material.
Lead implementation processes including testing, training, change control, and transition management.
Proactively identify and address challenges/risk to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.
Conduct project close-out assessments, documenting lessons learned and providing recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines.
6+ years of combined experience with one or more of the following: Operations experience in Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning; Business Solution Development including Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools; Program and/or Project Management in Supply Chain or Demand Planning related fields.
Strong technical aptitude to interpret and validate user and technical requirements.
Effective communication skills to convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines.
Previous semiconductor supply chain experience.
Experience with Executive and/or Management level communication on status, actions, risks, and mitigation.
Familiarity with enterprise systems architecture and industry-standard frameworks.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $142,060.00-236,810.00 USD
