Job Description: 

Overview: We are seeking an HR Director to join our dynamic Business Human Resources (HR) team supporting the Frontend Technology organizations and the Intel Foundry Organization. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive and senior leadership within the Logic Technology Development Programs, Logic Technology Development Modules, Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering, Intel Mask Operations, and Technology Research Organizations. The primary responsibility will be serving as business partner to two of these organizations with oversight of the remaining groups. These organizations encompass approximately 4,000 employees and are critical to establishing Intel's process leadership and foundry business. Frontend Technology Organizations are located primarily in Oregon, where they design and deliver solutions for Intel products and foundry customers that enable world-class technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership and Business Alignment:

  • Provide strategic counsel to executive business leadership on all talent factors related to successful execution of business strategy
  • Manage HR strategy by identifying, aligning, and optimizing HR programs, processes, and services that enable business success
  • Understand the business intimately and translate business needs into HR operating plans
  • Align practices and initiatives with the company's overarching strategic and operational goals

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Manage a team of HR business professionals and lead a global HR account team
  • Coach and develop business HR team members, setting prioritized goals and metrics to measure team growth and performance
  • Drive results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, and developing others' capabilities

Talent Management and Advisory:

  • Provide advice and counsel to executives and senior leaders on talent matters including succession planning, performance management, recognition and rewards, and employee relations

  • Conduct one-on-one effectiveness coaching with senior leaders to improve leadership capabilities

Operational Excellence:

  • Own execution of HR services, partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver standardized solutions

Employee Relations and Culture:

  • Promote positive employee relations through sensing tools, direct employee engagement, and organizational health monitoring
  • Serve as steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies
  • Role model Intel culture and values, creating an environment of mutual respect and dignity

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $204,790.00-289,120.00 USD

 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
