Intel's Partner Marketing team is expanding. We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Partner Marketing Strategist to lead co-marketing initiatives with our world-class Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
In this role, you won't just be managing traditional marketing campaigns. You will champion a solution-selling approach, bridging the gap between Intel's cutting-edge technologies (including AI, next-gen data centers, and client solutions) and our partners' cloud platforms. Your mission will be to translate raw hardware capabilities into high-value, workload-optimized business solutions that solve real-world customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Co-Marketing Leadership:
Set the Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive, full-year co-marketing strategies that align Intel's top priorities with our partners' business goals across global, regional, and country levels.
Drive the Narrative: Position Intel as the preferred engine behind cloud innovation through joint value propositions.
High-Impact Partner Engagement:
Build Strong Alliances: Cultivate and manage deep relationships with CSP marketing organizations, engaging confidently with stakeholders from mid-level managers to senior leadership.
Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between partner teams and Intel's regional partner marketing managers to ensure flawless global alignment.
End-to-End Campaign Mastery:
Execute with Excellence: Lead the end-to-end project management of co-marketing campaigns-from creative concept and media planning to final execution.
Measure What Matters: Own the budget, track KPIs, and deliver rigorous ROI analyses to prove the business impact of every campaign.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Orchestrate Internal Teams: Partner closely with Global Field Sales, Business Group Marketing, and country-level teams to ensure joint campaigns are integrated and amplified across all channels.
Program Governance and Enablement:
Manage the Plan of Record (POR): Maintain and update the account's POR, managing co-marketing approvals with precision.
Enable Partners: Educate and train partners on program enhancements, guidelines, and toolsets to maximize program participation and compliance.
Brand Integrity: Evaluate partner executions to ensure seamless Intel branding integration and adherence to program guidelines.
Executive Communication:
Tell the Story: Translate complex campaign data into compelling narratives. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive-level briefings.
Thrive in Ambiguity:
A strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments, drive clarity, and deliver highly measurable marketing results.
Qualifications:
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Cloud Marketing Expertise: 6+ years of dedicated cloud marketing, partner marketing, or alliance marketing experience (ideally working directly with or within Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) or SaaS/Enterprise Software partners).
Customer-Facing Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a Global Sales or Global Marketing organization, with a proven track record of managing high-value relationships.
Project and Vendor Management: Proven experience managing multiple complex workstreams across diverse internal teams and external partners, including marketing agencies, retailers, and media vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intel and AI Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong understanding of Intel's AI solutions, product portfolios, data center technologies, and broader B2B tech landscape.
Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills, with a genuine passion for collaborating across a highly matrixed global organization.
Polished Communication: Elite customer engagement, relationship management, and presentation skills-comfortable speaking the language of both tech engineers and senior executives.
Solution Selling Mindset: Experience applying solution selling methodologies to B2B marketing. Proven ability to translate complex technical specifications (like CPU/GPU performance) into customer-centric business value propositions and joint solution architectures.
