The Opportunity

Adobe’s Global Talent Acquisition function is undergoing major transformation, shifting from a regionally fragmented structure to a globally coordinated hub and spoke model. Meanwhile, AI is profoundly altering how change and enablement work is performed—how content is developed, delivered, and quickly adapted. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global TA Change & Enablement to lead this shift: a leader who makes the new operating model tangible for impacted people, rethinks change and enablement at scale in an AI-powered environment, and navigates a complex global matrix to drive systemic change that resonates locally and respects cultural and market nuances.

What you'll Do

  • Enterprise Transformation Leadership: Lead the complete change strategy for GTA’s hub and spoke transition. Start with impact assessment and partner alignment, then track adoption and reinforce progress. Work within a complex matrixed organization to enable broad change. Build coalitions, manage diverse collaborators, and gain agreement across regions and functions where you influence but do not have direct authority.
  • Locally Relevant Change Delivery: Make sure each global initiative is implemented locally in a manner that respects cultural nuances and suits the market: avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach, while adhering to a common standard. Collaborate with the GTA leadership team and regional TA leaders to translate model decisions into change plans that are embraced locally rather than imposed from the center.
  • Rethink Change & Enablement at Scale: Challenge and improve how GTAO handles change and enablement. Examine the content’s format, the way it is developed, how it is shared, and how fast it can be adjusted. Use AI tools and methods to develop more responsive, personalized, and scalable enablement. Shift from static training programs to dynamic, context-sensitive delivery.
  • Lead the Change & Enablement Pillar: Grow the team’s knowledge and mentor them in change management processes. Build credibility with regional partners and maintain high standards for work quality. Take ownership of GTA's change framework, readiness evaluation, and adoption standards. Clarify what successful adoption means for each major project. Develop tools to assess adoption and receive consistent insights from regions to the hub for timely adjustments. Direct the team running GTA’s two key enablement programs—TA Advisor and How to Hire. Define central expectations and adoption goals, ensuring the programs feel applicable in local contexts.
  • Advise Leaders: Act as the internal change consultant for GTA leadership and Employee Experience. Identify adoption risks early to prevent obstacles. Keep an overview of the change portfolio for all GTAO transformation projects.

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale organizational change and transformation in a global, matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to influence systemic change without direct authority, navigating complex collaborator landscapes, building coalitions, and moving resistant or ambivalent leaders toward alignment
  • Extensive knowledge of change management approaches (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, or similar)—you don’t just understand the frameworks, you recognize when and how to modify them
  • A perspective on how AI is transforming change and enablement and the eagerness to develop a function that embodies that
  • Experience ensuring global programs land locally in culturally relevant ways: you understand that a global standard and a locally resonant experience are not mutually exclusive
  • Experience building and leading enablement programs at scale, including curriculum development, content development, and adoption measurement
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to advise senior leaders on change strategy with clarity and confidence
  • A genuine ability to develop talent: you mentor the team on the craft of change and enablement, not just the outputs
  • Experience in TA, HR, or a business function that gives you credibility with recruiting leaders and hiring managers
